Fibrous food promotes better immune system, treat constipation and manage the blood sugar level. Fibers are good for heart patients, cancer and obese too. <li>If you have dandruff, then take a little amount of malt vinegar and massage your scalp. After massaging, leave it for 30 minutes so that it soaks in your scalp. Gently shampoo your hair. You can do this once or twice in a week.</li>
<li>Massage your hair tip with honey and olive oil in order to condition your hair. Leave the content on the hair for 20 minutes and then wash it off.</li>
<li>To reduce the darkness of lips, place a tea bag in warm water and then place on lips for 10 minutes because the tannin content will smoothen your lips and taut it up too.</li>
<li>Having trouble with dark circles? Take some cotton and dip it into some potato juice. Cover the total eye with the cotton on each eye and rest for 20 minutes.</li>
<li>If your foot stinks and smells bad, deodorize it by soaking it in hot water and add baby shampoo. Dip it for 15 minutes and then scrub it. Wash your feet in cold water and leave it to dry. Do this in every two days.</li>
