How to Keep Hair Healthy and Shiny

Maintaining beautiful hair is not an easy task, it can take many months and years to get them back if they are shedding. We must focus not only in conditioning or oiling the hair but rather nourishing the hair in a proper way to stay with long and shiny hairs. We must give the same care as we are giving to our skin which as be easy with my tips and guides. Don’t ignore your hair as they are the part of your personality.

Reasons for unhealthy hair:

Dandruff main cause is dirty dry or oily scalp which depends from person to person and it’s the inflammatory on scalp which gradually leads to itching and irritation of scalp, in addition to this it also affects your skin which directs to breakout of skin and cause acne. This can be the first stage of fungal or bacterial problem and at last it becomes canker sore.

Other big problem is hair fall which is common complaint of every six person out of ten. Deficiency of nutrition is also a cause of hair fall and the myth on washing hair every day does not cause hair fall is false. So treating the hair with good products can keep hair grow longer and shinier. Pollution, excessive artificial coloring, sun exposure and tension are the other reason for unhealthy hair.

Treatment:

Shampoo & Conditioner

Wash your hairs with mild shampoo to clean dirt, grunge and sweat basically it will prevent dandruff. If you have excessive dandruff then you may go for Head n shoulders or Garnier products basically sulfate free which are really effective or Herbal treatment that can be done so, just follow the tips below:

  • Take Lemon and milk equal amount and mix together and apply on scalp and all over. Then wash it and shampoo you hair.
  • Use of curd and fenugreek can stop dandruff.
  • Warm coconut oil and lemon juice can prevent dandruff.
  • Hibiscus paste applied all over hair and shampoo can prevent hair fall and keep hair longer and shiner.
  • Conditioning is very much important after shampoo that will stop hair to tangle and extreme drying.

Oil

Oiling your hair often can keep your skin moisturized and even scalp. Massaging hair with warm oil for 30 minutes will increase blood circulation and its excellent conditioner for hair. Remember after massaging leave hair for 12 hours so that the oil get soak totally into your hair root and then next day just shampoo and condition your hair. Skip these massaging processes if you have lot of dandruff that will aggravate it more. Use of olive oil is better for winters.

Other treatment for hair in intervals

  1. Trim your hair in every 6-7 months to avoid split ends.
  2. Use Ayurvedic hair color i.e. Henna (Mehendi) once a month.
  3. Cover your hair with steamed towel once a week or two to strengthen your hair from root.
  4. Whisk one egg white and apply on hair to bring back the shine and lustrous.
